Josh Hereau has over six years of mortgage planning experience as both a banker and broker. His was awarded in 2007, 100% Customer Satisfaction Award by Guaranteed Rate.  This year, he will close over 15 Million dollars in loans.  Josh is also has a FHA Planner Certificate and the ability to lend in almost all states. 

Attorney: Ross Heim (JD/MBA ’77)

Ross Heim is an attorney specializing in residential real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters.  He has been active in community affairs in the Chicago area, having served on the boards of Lawyers for the Creative Arts, the Libertyville-Vernon Hills High School Board, the College of Lake County Foundation, the Libertyville Village Band, and the Sioux Federation of Indian Guides & Princesses.   Ross graduated from Syracuse University with an MBA and JD.

Insurance Agent: Kristyn Cook-Turner (’97, G ’98):

Kristyn Cook-Turner owns her own State Farm Agency in Chicago, near Midway Airport and is one of the top Agencies in the Chicagoland area.  Kristyn received a B.S. in Policy Studies from Syracuse University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is also an alumni of the Syracuse University Women's Basketball team. Husband Jim is a State Farm Agent in Evanston and is also a Syracuse Alumni. He was a wide receiver with the Orange football team.

Inspector: Jeff Kaplan, Household Inspection Team Owner

The first year HIT did about 13 inspections, and now we do over 4,000 per year."
